By cold rolling process, the auger acquires a surface hardness of 92 HRB, causing even with loss of thickness caused by the rolling process, superior mechanical proprieties. Screw has nine rolling mills, organized in a layout to produce the augers from steel strips width from 10 to 200 mm and thickness up to 8 mm.
